STANDARD TRADING CONDITIONS

Definitions
    (a)    "Carrier" means "此处输入公司名称";
    (b)    "Combined Transport" arises where the performance of this carriage includes several segments peripheral to the actual shipment of the Goods or where Services undertaken by this contract of carriage is not "Port to Port Shipment";
    (c)    "Container" the shipping unit which shall include any receptacle or container including the tailer, tank, flat, pallet or any article used to consolidate goods which may carry unique identification numbers and markings;
    (d)    "Customer" the party that contracts with the Company for services in the performance of this carriage to convey the goods to a specified destination;
    (e)    "Goods" the cargoes which form the subject matter of this contract of carriage and which comprised goods merchandise or articles of every description and include the equipment chassis or the container used to convey the cargoes;
    (f)    "Owner" the Customer or original shipper or the consignee of the goods or any other person who acts on their behalf or the final holder of the documentary evidence vested with legal rights to claim ownership of the goods;
    (g)    "Port to Port Shipment" arises where the Place of Receipt and/or the Place of Delivery are not indicated or where the Place of Receipt or Place of Delivery are noted as ports;
    (h)    "Services" the businesses undertaken and provided by the Company whether acting as agent or Carrier,including provision of any ancillary advice,information or incidental services undertaken and/or provided by the company for and on behalf of the owner to complete this contract of carriage.
2    "Dangerous Goods"
    (a)    as defined and referred to in the Interactional Meantime Organization Dangerous Goods Code(IMDG Code);
    (c)    includes goods which may become dangerous through combustion ignitable or those with radio-active characteristics or such that it becomes damaging to itself or other property in the course of transit;
    (d)    include goods so prepared and packed that it is likely to harbour or encourage vermin or other pests so as to render it dangerous to other goods, property, vessel or persons;
    (e)    include equipments and receptacles previously used for the carriage of Dangerous Goods unless such receptacles have been rendered safe.
3    "Hague-Visby Rules" refers to the provisions of the International Convention for the unification of certain rules relating to bills of lading signed at Brussels 25 August 1924 as amended by the Protocol made at Brussels on 23 February 1968.
4    "Warsaw Convention" refers to the Convention for the unification of certain rules relating to international carriage by air opened for signature at Warsaw on 12 October 1929 as amended by The  Hague Protocol of 1955 and the Montreal Protocol of 1995.
Clause Paramount
5    (a)    "Bill of lading" or "Waybill" issued by or on behalf of the Carrier provides that the Company contracts as Carrier referred to under the Hague-Visby rules shall be paramount unless such provisions are inconsistent with the conditions set forth herein provided always that nothing in these conditions shall be construed as surrender by the company or in its capacity as Carrier, any of its rights or immunities or liabilities;
    (b)    Every variation, cancellation or waiver of any conditions contained herein must be in writing and shall be duly signed by a Director authorized by the Company or by an agent authorized to act for and on behalf of the Carrier. It is hereby declared however that no other person has or will be given any authenty whatsoever to agree to any variation cancellation or waiver of these Conditions to the extent that it is inconsistent with the intent and purpose of the terms customary to carriage of goods.
